Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Norfolk Airport

From the moment I arrived at the DoubleTree by Hilton Norfolk Airport, I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service here is absolutely top tier—every staff member was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. A special shout-out to Kelvin McCoy, who truly stood out during my visit. His attention to detail, warm personality, and commitment to excellent service made me feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and dedicated—Kelvin is a true asset to the DoubleTree team. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. From the delicious warm cookie at check-in to the seamless checkout experience, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back next time I’m in Norfolk!

Had stayed here before during the renovation. This time, the room is updated and gives the feel of new and clean. I appreciate the help that Crystal gave us when I called to request the room change. I explained to her my needs and she got us a new room even before we arrived. Throughout our stay, Crystal checked in by text message to see if we were doing ok. Thank you, Crystal for the attentive service. Much appreciate. Location and rate were right for what we needed this weekends. We were glad that our room was changed to higher floor, away from the party music on the ground floor in one of the conference room 😊. Parking is good, we were able to find parking easily. All and all it was a good stay this time.

Hotel is mid level. Amenities are limited and surprisingly no microwave in room. Very limited gym. On plus side, very close to airport. Big plus us the staff. Tiffany and especially Ebony were just great. Very comfortable bed.
