Very great location. The room was nice somewhat outdated but it was still good. Had a work event here for the week and was super impressed with the staff as well as the professionalism that they all displayed. Would definitely recommend using them for meetings.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the convention center and surrounded by a variety of nearby dining options. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the workout room is decent for a hotel gym. I want to especially recognize Mrs. Mona at the front desk for her exceptional customer service. She handled my concern with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Her attentiveness and ability to resolve issues efficiently reflect leadership qualities that deserve recognition—whether through a promotion or increased compensation. During my stay from Wednesday to Sunday, my room was serviced only twice, and the soap dispenser remained empty throughout. While that was a concern, Mrs. Mona’s response made a positive difference in my overall experience. Despite the housekeeping issue, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent front desk service.

We chose this hotel based on location, and for that I can't say anything negative. The hotel is very centrally located and close to popular sites. However, our stay was not great. We waited 45 minutes in line to check in, and the cleanliness of the room is debatable. Our shower still had items from then prior guest, the toiletries containers in the shower were empty, and the drinking glasses were dirty. We played a daily game of needing to call and ask for additional towels for our 4 guests. The first two days, we were left with 3 towels, the last day we were only given 2. Despite multiple calls to the front desk and waiting over 2 hours, we were never given additional towels and finally gave up. I would not recommend this hotel, despite its convenient location.
