DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton at the Club

I would like to give more than five star to this location to the staff the front desk overnight and during the day, they are very helpful and loving and caring being Blind and being a diamond member of Hilton. This is the best hotel. I have state. And also, they have the beautiful pool and sitting area in the back of the hotel where you can enjoy and sit down. I request everyone to come with the family and friends and visit this hotel and you will enjoy it. Thank you so much for the beautiful ladies behind the desk and the brothers that help me overnight.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall, it was a decent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay.

The room is clean, the room size is good, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is a little bit out of date, but still acceptable. We liked the welcome cookies. It's summer break. A lot of parents are on vacation with their kids. These kids were tracing each other in the hallway and playing with the room doors. Even if we were inside of our room, we still could still hear their noise.
