DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Port Huron

This hotel is beautiful with many great amenities! We came to this hotel after having a bad experience at another one and it definitely exceeded my expectations. Our room was super clean and comfortable which we appreciated. We had a first floor room and it had a pretty balcony area. The bed was super cozy and comfortable as well! The pool was also a fun area! I definitely will be staying again.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. My husband & I were very lucky to have been able to host our wedding here a little over a month ago. The wedding coordinator, Riley is amazing. She was very accommodating & answered every question we had. She helped us out on our big day & it went by very smoothly. The hotel was very nice & the staff were friendly. Thank you for making that weekend a wonderful date to remember!

We chose this hotel based on the location. We were celebrating a birthday. When we arrived we were given a room facing the parking lot. The hotel was sold out because a cheerleading competition was being held. I'm sure all the waterfront rooms were given to the young girls and am pretty sure they paid less than us. When we asked for clean towels we were told our room would be cleaned, it wasn't and we didn't get towels. Also told front staff our lock was broke and we asked to have it fixed. It never was. At 6;30 this morning construction crews arrived and proceeded to cut concrete below our window. We were hit in the leg by concrete particles when we tried to get to our car. We told the front end all of this. We spent over $600 for two days and were treated very poorly as Hilton Honors members. We will rethink our loyalty to this brand now.
