excellently managed hotel. American style simple and professional service. front desk is little bit rude and poor hospitality but very powerful money for value. maybe located at the center of Zimo district and nearby Zimo old castle. There is bus to the castle. just one ¥ and 10 10 minutes.
Nice place. Good rooms, service, restaurant on 1st floor and bar on last floor. Good place to stay.
Even though it bears the Hilton name we found the condition of the room and service under whelming. The heater in the room wasn’t working well and it was too cold for comfort. The room bears obvious signs of aging. Then we found they didn’t provide shaver and we requested for one at the front desk. The staff took down our room number but when we returned from our tour at night there was still no shaver.
