Our original room was double booked. We were able to get the room we wanted on the second night. Roxanne went over and above! She adjusted the room rate for both nights and gave us tickets to Harbor Fest! We had a wonderful trip! Lillie at the front desk was also very helpful and kind! This hotel is the perfect location for walking to shopping and restaurants! Would recommend.
Love this place. Whenever I fly into MKE, I spend my first night here. The rooms are HUGE for the price. The walls are super thick cement, and dead silent. It has a funky Caribbean bar out on the marina side. It has a swanky seafood joint with a great bar attached. And, it's right on a beautiful marina with an East view over Lake Michigan. Easy walk to downtown.
Disappointed in some staff members. They wouldn't give us some half and half for coffee after they clearly had some since all they had was flavored creamer. Pool was cold and hotel was nosey. Rooms were clean and beautiful outdoor area and tiki bar. Don't know why a simple item such as cream for coffee was a big issue.
