DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Residences Dubai Al B

We stayed for a week in August and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. A special thanks to Bhabiek who was very hospitable and a credit to Hilton hotels. Everyone from the reception staff, waiters, waitresses and chefs are so friendly and professional. The hotel is comfortable, very clean and well maintained. We hope to return soon!

Very good hotel with good rooms. Service was good, staff were well trained and helpful. Clean, elevators working properly. Enough parking available all the time. Rooms were very good just the view from my room of the empty plot was not good but anyway it was also not bad as I took a room without balcony. The only bad part was that the shower area was not covered and it will spill a lot of water at the entrance where there was no drainage plus nothing to wipe it except for keeping the tower. Overall experience was very good. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are average with very comfortable beds! Our only complaint is AC! It would be either freezing or too hot in the room! The staff is super helpful and they respond to customers needs immediately! Whatever you ask for arrives in a very short time! As if they were behind the door or something! Wifi worked fine. Breakfast was simple but included almost all basic things! So perfectly fine!
