DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Santa Fe

Every time I stay at the DoubleTree in Santa Fe, I leave happy. It’s in a great location with beautiful views, especially from the gym. The beds are super comfy and the sheets always feel fresh and clean. And of course, the cookies! 🍪🤤 Absolutely delicious every single time. I can’t wait for my next visit.

The room was huge. Love the layout. I'm a truck driver and I stay in hotels two or three times a week. They were under remodeling so the room I got was really dirty. The carpets were disgusting as well as the furniture. And it cost me $180. I think I would stay there. Again no problem, but I would definitely ask them if I can get a clean room this time

This hotel is okay, however the staff do not communicate well. I and my party went down to breakfast around 9:30am. Got back to the room 10:20am. The room was clean and my things has been remove from the room. Call front desk to ask what happen, they had no answer. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. The staff charge individual in my group for breakfast, breakfast was paid for with the reservation. I spoke with the front desk on this issue. The lady at the front desk and the lady from the dinning room assure me that matter would be corrected. I was told that the money would go back to card **** 3-4 business days. This all happen on 7/6/2025. I contact the hotel on 7/12/2025, to get a update on when the fund would go back on my card. At this time Brenda the asst manager inform me that she would need each individual card to do the refund. I told her that these people have been paid by me and all have gone back to their home, we were all on vacation. I explain that this was something that needed to be said why all of us was in NM.
