DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City

Juan and Janice i had the pleasure of dealing with this two wonderful people. They went above and beyond great service. The entire building smells amazing very clean room. But the service is A1 this team is on top they make you feel very well taken cared of.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and it was one of the better hotel experiences I have had! The hotel is in a great location. We weren’t familiar with the area and Tabitha had great recommendations for day time activities as well as restaurants. It is a great hotel when the staff goes the extra mile to make the trip memorable beyond the time at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay here thanks to Juan who gave me a terrific room and helped me with my bags the next day and their generosity with those out of this world awesome cookies! Juan really was very nice, helpful and professional. It was the smoothest checkin I’ve had since being in the NE. I appreciate the abundant, convenient parking although very expensive. But hey, it’s the price I must get used to paying for having a car here. The only reason for 4stars is the AC vent screens were beyond filthy! Some of the worst I’ve seen in the living room AC and the BR one blows right at the bed so when I kept sneezing I remembered to check them. The one was so black I wonder if it was mold and my tub was dirty with its grime after I washed it. Hotels are notorious for this problem but honestly, for the caliber and price of this hotel I’m shocked by how bad it was. These are a serious health hazard and should be cleaned monthly or at minimum quarterly. Frankly I’m surprised health inspections aren’t performed after the whole covid debacle. Lastly, the coffee was brutal in the very expensive restaurant. Room coffee probably better. I would def stay again though as it’s a nicer Hilton but not on the train side! Thankfully I didn’t have to thanks to the wonderful Juan who hooked me up last minute.
