I recently stayed here for a business trip and had to extend my trip an extra day. They made it very easy to add a day and waived any extra fees other than the room cost. Even being not far from home, the staycation was nice. Room was clean and amenities were nice and clean as well. Will definitely stay here again if needed.

I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and kindness of a Hilton staff member during my recent stay at the DoubleTree in West Palm Beach. When I arrived, Diana respectfully asked me to wait as she was assisting another guest who had experienced an issue. I listened as she calmly and graciously worked to resolve the situation, doing everything in her power to make it right. Her troubleshooting skills, patience, and empathy were a clear reminder that exceptional customer service still exists. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares the way Diana does. On top of that, the team matched an online rate with no hassle, which I greatly appreciated. I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend the DoubleTree West Palm Beach. Thank you again, Diana, for setting the bar high and making my experience a great one ! The hotel room are a bit dated compared to other hotels like the Canopy Hilton but parking is a breeze and airport shuttle is a nice amenity. The pool seemed to be fully enjoyed by the guest .

I stayed one night with my other-half as an in-town getaway, so I'll grant you that my experience is somewhat limited. A bunch of others have commented that the property has a nice exterior and lobby, but the interior and rooms are dated - which is definitely accurate. My room door stuck somewhat, a nightstand drawer would not stay closed, and the bathtub was chipped. These are, probably, nitpicks - but I'd agree they aren't what I expect from Hilton properties. What was really noticeable was how hot it was in the hallways and elevators, and I imagine in the summer months it might be insufferable out of your room. The room and linens were all clean, though, and I did not experience any of the pests issues other reviewers have described. The limited staff I interacted with were nice, efficient, and helpful - there were, probably, the best thing about the property. Location is good - close to downtown, close to the airport. The downside is that it is close to major roadways - and they can be a bit noisy when standing by the window... but I didn't have any issues from the bed. Having to pay for parking here is... aggravating. And as a local, frankly, I don't understand it. I've stayed at other nearby Hilton properties and not been hit up for $10/day plus fees to park. Overall the stay was just okay. In that sense it didn't live up to my expectation for the brand - but factoring in the price it wasn't a terrible value. I won't be in a hurry to stay again, but I also wouldn't avoid it.
