DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wilmington

I stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days & had a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Concord Mall, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Oh & I forgot to mention about the cookies. They offer you cookies as a gesture of warm welcome and I must say those cookies are absolutely delicious 🤤 5/5 stars! 🌟

Good for an overnight stay. Upon entry of the room, the room smelled stale. The air did not get as cold as I would have liked it but it was okay. The bathroom was a bit small but doable for an overnight stay. There was a convenient restaurant on site in plenty of parking. The location is convenient to lots of conveniences, including stores and eateries. Service was a really good!

I stayed here for one night. The check in process went well and the room was not bad. However, close to midnight, while I was half asleep, someone opened my door. I had the lock on so they were unable to come into my room. Maybe it was housekeeping but I did not request any services. Called the front desk and customer service and they both said that nothing could be done. Allegedly, the floor was checked and no one was seen. I found this beyond disturbing and unacceptable. Please do better.
