DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Wroclaw

Overall we had a nice stay. We had a family connecting room consisting of one big room with a double bed and bathroom and another room with twin beds. The rooms are split by a door. The rooms are really big for a family of 3-4 family members. Staff of the hotel were nice and polite, always trying to answer promptly at the requests. In one of the nights we had an issue with some noise (loud voices) coming apparently from the next room. I went to the reception at 4.00 AM and the person there offered to solve this. Thank you, David, for making sure we would be able to continue our sleep that night. The second day we found in the room a small gift and card, with apologies for the encountered situation. We appreciated this gesture a lot! Breakfast is also good, with a lot of varied choices. The only minus would be that for people with gluten intolerance, they could only offer bread, no other sweets or products were available.

We stayed for three nights and had a very good experience. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff was consistently excellent—helpful and professional throughout. We stayed on the Executive Floor and appreciated the lounge access. The evening snacks were different each night, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was also a highlight—easily one of the best we've had at a hotel in some time.

Good quality and superb service. We felt welcome from the start. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent breakfast buffet with impressive variety of dishes and tastes. Brilliant location very close to Old Town and City Center. There is a Shopping Mall across the street. Good offer for SPA with 15% discount. Executive Lounge was ok too. We will be back!
