DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Medical Center Hotel & Suites

Our team recently had the pleasure of touring this hotel, and the experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff was warm, professional, and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to our tour guides, John and Tammy, who were knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly accommodating. They provided a thorough and thoughtful overview of the property, answering all our questions. We also want to recognize Rowdy, the shuttle driver, whose professionalism and kindness stood out. He was courteous, helpful, and made transportation seamless and enjoyable. This hotel clearly values hospitality and service excellence. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays—it's a place where guests are truly cared for.

Stayed here while dealing with some cancer stuff at MD Anderson. The room we had was laid out a little odd, but I think that's because it was right at the edge of the building. It was definitely comfortable and clean. The breakfast spread is honestly one of the best I've had at any hotel and their staff that makes it happen is great! They even do eggs to order! Maria is always running around making sure everyone has their coffee and is a cheerful presence that lifted my spirits every morning! The shuttle from the hotel to MD Anderson buildings is driven by Rowdy and is ALWAYS on time. When he says he'll be pulling up at the Mays clinic 5 minutes past the hour, you can bet that he will. He's always cheerful as well! Everyone on the shuttle enjoys having him as their driver! I will absolutely stay here again if we are in need.

Rowdy, John & Tammy were WONDERFUL!!!! Their professionalism and hospitality was top notch. The moment we walked on the shuttle and was greeted by Rowdy we felt welcomed and valued. The tour was well organized and thoughtfully paced, allowing for questions and understanding of the property’s offerings. Everyone was passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests as we viewed the property. What stood out most was an encounter with a guest who shared the same sentiments that we were thoroughly impressed with.
