Great place to stay. Rode 6 states and crossed the ohio river. This place is in the heart of the city walking distance to everything I'd guess. Clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here when we come back. They let us park our bikes right in front of the building on the side walk. Kristen was the best.

The lobby was really nice. But with our trip it stopped there! Our room on the 9th floor was an anniversary nightmare! Our room looked like it hadn’t been fully cleaned in months! The shower was so dirty we went and bought sandals just to shower! There were random stains all around the room cup rings all over the nightstand. When showering we noticed there was mold growing in the shower! It looked as if it has been an ongoing issue as there were pieces of the ceiling missing and painted over.. and paint splattered all over the bathroom. The hotel doesn’t have a parking lot. We were told we would have to park on the street and pay for meter parking or pay them $10 to park up against the hotel in “valet”. When we brought up how dirty our room was we were simply told. I’m sorry it shouldn’t be that way. We will contact housekeeping… save your money and book elsewhere! Definitely ruined our wedding anniversary weekend! I expected more from a Hilton!

We booked this hotel for two nights. We left shortly after arriving. The staff was so nice and the lobby of the hotel was very nice as well. The surrounding area did not seem too safe which I realize is not the hotels fault. You can’t park your own car or go and get the car. You have to pay extra for a valet. The shower in the room wasn’t clean, the carpets were super old and the tv picture was not great. Dirty clothes were found by my 2 year old that were left in the dresser. The gap in the door was very large so I’m sure if we were to have stayed the people next to us would complain.There were dirt marks on the walls. We ended up only staying for an hour before deciding to leave with no refund due to booking through a third party.
