This hotel location is great. The rooms and the areas were very clean. Our favorite part about the hotel was the restaurant and the food was amazing. Thank you to the staff our stay was very pleasant, special thanks to Gian Souza, Sharon (Restaurant), Luisa y Paulo for making us feel like we were in HOME 💝 looking forward to go back and see everyone 🥰
BE WARNED. This is an extremely loud hotel. There were street performers outside of our room (5th floor) and we could hear them like they were performing right next to us. They want on until well past midnight and the hotel couldn’t do anything about it. Blasting music. Then at 6am on SATURDAY morning, there was a huge military parade right in the middle of the square with a band and AV system that also could not have been louder. Staff is very nice and the rooms are fine. But everyone should be aware of this. It completely ruined our experience.
All the reviews in the past few years regarding the extreme loudness are true! It’s already midnight right now and my whole family still can’t sleep at all. The live band just downstairs is so loud that it sounds like coming directly out of your room TV… Apparently the hotel management knows it since the event is organized by the hotel itself, but due to some benefit they don’t plan to take any action to address this issue for their room guests, many of whom will need to get up early on the next day morning for Amazon. Oh man, I feel like our adventure already started tonight lol
