The service was great. Reception service was excellent. Every morning, as I step into the breakfast area, I am greeted by the Gonca’s beautiful smile of my welcoming, a sight that instantly brightens my day. The aroma of Turkish coffee, expertly crafted by Mehmet Delip,.His exceptional service enhances the experience, making each breakfast feel like a luxurious treat. I wholeheartedly recommend this remarkable service,it is truly a standout experience that exceeds all expectations. Yagmur’s swift responses to breakfast table needs are unforgettable.

My stay was absolutely incredible! This hotel is truly a hidden gem and, in my opinion, the best in Istanbul. The quality of service is outstanding, and the location is simply perfect. What truly sets it apart, though, is the amazing staff. At the reception, both Murats were exceptional, especially Murat Kaymaz—so welcoming, incredibly helpful, and fluent in Arabic, which made my experience even more comfortable. The lovely Gonca, who speaks German and fluent French, added such warmth to the welcome as well. I’d also like to give a special mention to the breakfast team. Chef Rukiye, Zeynep, and Mehmet (who makes the best pide!) truly impressed me, while Sadiye and Furkan—with his unforgettable Turkish tea—delivered impeccable service. Every one of them went above and beyond to meet my needs and made sure my stay was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

One of this hotel's standout features is its excellent location. The T1 tram stop is conveniently situated right in front, offering easy access to St. Sophia and other major landmarks in the old town within just a few stops. The hotel delivers international-standard service with a welcoming touch of local hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a corner room upon arrival, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room was spacious, featuring a large sleeping area and a generously sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but it's of very high quality and well worth the price. Housekeeping does an outstanding job—towels were replaced daily, and we even received a complimentary plate of fresh fruit. A special thanks to Eyup for his exceptional friendliness and hard work, and for his efforts to teach me a few words of Turkish. While the hotel isn’t brand new, and some signs of wear are beginning to show despite good upkeep, it remains a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
