Doubletree by Hilton Jabal Omar Makkah

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially during breakfast time. The variety and quality of the breakfast were outstanding — everything was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. From local specialties to international options, there was something for everyone. What truly made the experience even better was the staff specifically Ahmed Raza . They were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm and professional attitude made us feel welcomed and well taken care of every morning Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a satisfying start to the day!

Very wonderful experience staying here for 7 nights for umrah with the family. Rooms were very spacious, room cleaning was done every day and as needed. Bathroom was ok, the shower was the issue we had a problem with, when taking a shower the door seal was bad and would causing water to be all over the bathroom floor. The view of the haram was ok, you get a partial view of the haram but is blocked by the gate and other hotels in the area. The walking distance to Masjid Al Haram was the greatest experience. A very short walk from haram and back to the hotel never crowded getting to the the haram and back. The staff and management were A+, very professional, very caring. I ran into a problem with a third party company that operates the bus service for the hotel and the VP of the hotel came and personally apologized for the inconvenience. The front desk staff were incredible. The only downside I would say is the bus service. The bus is run 24 hours but are very limited during the night time and start to really crowded after waiting for a few minutes. Overall, inshaallah my next journey to umrah I will rebook at the DoubleTree.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere welcoming. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you’re lucky enough to be welcomed by ريان!
