Had an amazing stay at this hotel, everything was perfect! The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had (especially the salmon and hot bread pudding🤍) with so many delicious options. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Keira and Andrew who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was consistently warm and professional. Breakfast was also a highlight — there were plenty of delicious options with a good variety for both adults and kids. The location is also a big plus. The hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall and BXSea, making everything extremely convenient, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. Initially, we encountered a problem during the reservation process. I had explicitly requested connecting rooms because we were bringing a small child, but I was told that the hotel couldn’t guarantee it, which was quite disappointing. However, after I posted a review to express my concern, the Front Office Manager personally contacted me and offered a reservation with a guaranteed connecting room. I genuinely appreciate how seriously and quickly the hotel responded to the situation. They demonstrated outstanding professionalism and care in resolving the issue, turning what could have been a negative experience into a very positive one. Thank you to the DoubleTree by Hilton team for your hospitality and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

What do you expect from a high class hotel? A great experience? comfy, neat and clean place to rest? a friendly service by its staff? tasty foods and beverages served? or non stop entertainment both in the rooms or pool even gym? Of course you can get all of them here environmentally friendly also. You will be greeted with nice and tasty cookies (notes: contain nuts) at the time you arrive here. Even with all of those qualities, I think they still have room for improvement such as, having lock on the male shower room door located at the pool area would be much better.
