I stayed for just one night, as unfortunately there were no rooms available for the next day. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was excellent, very clean, well-maintained, and everything worked perfectly. Amenities were complete, which made the short stay convenient and comfortable. This hotel is definitely child-friendly, though I did notice it can get a bit noisy in the morning, possibly due to other families or guests moving around. I didn’t get a room with a great view since the hotel was fully booked, but the room itself made up for it. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff provided good service throughout the stay. However, I’d like to suggest some improvement regarding the elevators. For a hotel with so many rooms, having only two elevators feels a bit limiting. It might help to separate elevator access between general guests and those coming from the swimming pool or gym areas, so the elevators don’t get wet or crowded at times. Overall, it’s a good hotel for a family stay, and with a few adjustments, it could be even better. Thank you for a memorable stay here in Jakarta!

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I was truly fascinated with the Double Tree By Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro. This facility is a hidden gem in the bustling city of Jakarta. This hotel has the biggest pool in Jakarta and an actual CrossFit gym. The best part of this hotel is the staff. From the House keeping team to the concierge, everyone was a delight to interact with. Highly consider staying here when in Jakarta. You won’t regret it.

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel, i got a very warm welcome by the team. Really, great people, with genuine smile. The hotel is well located in the center ofJarkarta, so it makes our life easy to move around. Great service in the Executive Lounge and restaurant, so in general, we had a very good stay. well done team
