DoubleTree by Hilton Kazan City Center

I didnt stay at the hotel but used the restaurant and bar when I was in Kazan for the world cup. The service was excellent so I went back every day for three days. Quality of food and drinks are on bar with continental Europe standard. The staff were very attentive—one brought me a cold water soaked linen napkin to help me cool down as I was struggling with the 33+ heat outside. I would recommend this place!

Nice hotel, great location, clean rooms. We had several requests including early check-in, luggage storage, one night when our son stayed, and an adjustment to our schedule. Every request was a challenge with the hotel demanding money. While the fees were small, because we couldn't use western credit cards, these little charges caused headaches. BTW, other Hilton brand hotels we stayed at in Russia accommodated us with smiles.

It’s a nice place to stay. Cozy room but rooms are well decorated and furnished. Washroom is also very nice and equipped with all your necessary things. You don’t need to take anything with you if you want to stay there. Staffs are also very good and friendly. As a foreigner in that hotel i have a good experience. Breakfast you have to pay seperately. But buffet breakfast is very nice. All the hotel is very clean.
