Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable, king size beds and pillows. Full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash is a nice touch. Mini fridge is hidden behind cupboard door. TV is very difficult to navigate with no instructions.

Vegetable stir fry is excellent. Vegetables were done to perfection and sauce had just the right amount of sweetness and slightly tangy. I do recommend that if you add chicken that you request that it be gently grilled to avoid burnt and dry chicken results. Marg, in the restaurant, was exceptionally friendly and provided great service.

Let me start off by saying check in was easy and fast. The room is nice except for the bathroom. The shower needs to be updated, dirty sink, things falling apart. The beds are comfortable. The service is terrible. We were a family of 4. They only had two bath towels for us, we had to message them to get more twice. The chat option on the app is terrible. Staff take forever to reply. The pool is freezing because clearly they don’t want to waste money on heating it up. It never had any towels. When I asked for towels they told me “ I am so sorry but we have added them twice already but i will ask them to refill it again. -Hardeep” It’s also a safety hazard. There are flat tiles and tons of water! It is so slippery! It’s not sloped properly so the water on one side doesn’t drain.
