One of the Cleanest and Most Attentive Hotels in Kyoto! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, the level of attention and hospitality was exceptional. 📍 Location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the metro and only 10 minutes from the center of Kyoto. It's very centrally located and easy to access. 🛏️ Room & Cleanliness: Our room was spotlessly clean. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness. Even though we didn’t request it, housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the towels and bed linens every day. The hotel truly maintains a high standard of hygiene. 🍽️ Breakfast: The breakfast was quite varied and made with fresh ingredients. A peaceful and quiet environment made for a perfect start to the day. 🅿️ Parking: There is sufficient parking space owned by the hotel. It’s paid, but if you're a hotel guest, it only costs 1,000 Yen per day. 👤 Staff: Special thanks to Mr. Murat for his warm welcome and helpful guidance throughout our stay. We truly appreciated his kindness and support. 🔚 Conclusion: If you’re planning to visit Kyoto, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort, location, and staff hospitality.

Family of five from Chicago who experienced an exceptional stay at this facility. The hotel has everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel. However, their attention to detail is what made our stay exceptional. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by the hotels Journey Ambassador Murat Guldemir. Murat ensured our needs were met and offered a wealth of knowledge about the local attractions. He ultimately provided a great sense of comfort to us; knowing we had a representative to make requests for anything we needed. This proved to be invaluable when traveling with younger children. Murat made a great trip to Kyoto, exceptional. Additionally….. The morning breakfast is amazingly robust. Providing a multitude of choices from authentic local cuisine to traditional morning buffet options. A great way to start a touring day with three younger children. Well done Double Tree

This hotel was very nice. Great staff, great rooms, great food, great comfort. 10/10 highly recommended you stay here. It's very close to Kyoto station so you can travel a lot of places easily. The mall is nearby and of course 7/11 is too. You can't go wrong visiting this hotel.
