Nice updated hotel with a very professional staff. The people at the front desk and the ones serving breakfast in the morning are kind and helpful. Housekeeping does a great job as the hallways and rooms are in clean condition. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The HVAC system in my room was pretty rattly and noisy but the bed and pillows were great. My room came with a single-serve Keurig and two water bottles to use with it. I thought that was a nice touch. I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Very nice room; good size and very clean and quiet. Easy drive off the highway. There's a Walmart very close without going back on a main road. Lots of restaurants nearby, also. We would definitely come back. One of the best we've stayed at in this price range.

I am amazed by all the glowing reviews of this hotel. My experience was much more modest. First, the good: it is a relatively new facility and modern in appearance, but my king room was not large and breakfast ($9-$12) is not included. For your breakfast charge you get a server that brings you your silverware and maybe juice. You do everything else your self. It’s a buffet, so you get your plate, toast your bread, etc., just like at Hampton Inn for example. And the food is just ok. There was no comfortable chair in the small room-no couch or overstuffed chair. Just a couple small chairs with low backs. Plus, no microwave. The shower leaked water on the floor, the water pressure was very low, and I couldn’t get the TV to turn on. Finally, there was only one bath-sized towel in the bath, even though this was a king room for up to two guests. In short, not up to par for a supposedly upscale Hilton property. As a response to the reply from hotel management, it tells you a lot about their attitude toward customers. My review was based on my 40 years of traveling worldwide. Instead of taking my comments at face value as feedback from guests and trying to make it better, she wants to quote statistics about room size and the breakfast buffet, and argue with me as if I don’t know what I’m talking about. Is short, her response is a response from marketing, not customer service.
