The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was very good. The rooms are dated with peeling wallpaper. The hallways were very hot. The pool and whirlpool were great. The did not do room service anytime during the four days we stayed. Overall, I had received a great price so it was very worth it and I would stay here again.

Paid over $216 for 6/21 (Sat); I paid extra for a deluxe upgrade and better view. They forgot to give my family the breakfast vouchers. Check in the room, there is no refrigerator, no hair dryer. Not enough tower. The phone doesn't work. I have to go downstairs to request for extra towers. Went for breakfast, the breakfast was fine with very nice river view. But the person who served us is very unfriendly. I and my wife with 2 kids only received 1 glass of water on the table. They never gave me extra cups of water. The person who served coffee is not very friendly and I felt the discrimination or unfriendly attitude because we did not have the breakfast vouchers, which we already purchased but hotel forgot to give to us. After I got my vouchers and gave to him, he took the vouchers and did not even apologize. After left the hotel, I received additional $50 bill on my credit card. I called their accounting department that caused by my kid watch a movie. My kids are only 8 years old, we have been hotel stay more than 10 times during the past 2 years, we never had this issue with other hotels. Apparently they allow the kids to watch any channels without asking for credit card number or anything. I will say this is very bad and probably even intentionally that have no protections to allow kids to watch billable media without limit, so that they can earn more money. Just for anyone with kids want to stay there, be careful and not to let your kids touch the TV remote. Give 2 stars, consider there are still hard working staff there. It mainly is the Hotel management and accounting department's fault. For me, I will never go back to that Hotel again. Just notice other customers before me also complaints like me. It's a shame that this a Hilton hotel.

This place has seen better days and I can’t recommend it. Things are worn out and dated, and the front desk staff came across as though we had interrupted them during the middle of their morning coffee. The pros: The rooms were clean and felt safe. The cons: the lobby was a mess. The staff was grumpy. The room didn’t have basics like soap. And things were kind of falling apart. I added a picture of the curtains which wouldn’t close all the way because they were broken, and the lovely extra blanket that was brought up that looked like it had been here since the doors opened for the first time (at least it was clean). According to the staff, the executive lounge has been closed since COVID, which tells a lot about how management and ownership thinks. As a manager myself, like to give feedback directly, but in this case there was no contact information for the manager. In most places the management has their business cards prominently displayed, this place did not, which is telling. Overall this place is not up to the Hilton brand (although consistent with the Doubletree brand lately, which seems to be in decline and heading towards the Motel6 level). So if you can choose, choose somewhere else, I know I will.
