Breakfast staff, especially Sai, were friendly, attentive, polite and looked after us extremely well thus making our stay very enjoyable. Breakfast had plenty choices and if you needed something extra they willingly obliged. Rooms were very clean and tidy - again staff were friendly and welcoming. I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Hotel Name], and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. Every little detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked amenities, showed the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job of keeping everything tidy and refreshed. The hotel has great location. They have an issue with their ac which keeps turning off every time we turn it on, and its very annoying to have to turn it back on every time. If a hotel offers AC, it should be within the full control of the guest. House keeping isn’t that great either there should be more attentiveness in terms of cleaning, hair on the floor of the bathroom and bedsheets which really threw us off. For a 4 star hotel, it should be better.
