Excellent hotel. Not far from restaurants. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. There are a few steps up to the hotel. I have a mobility scooter, to bring indoors. There was an accessible lift round the back and was helped in and out of the hotel. The restaurant food was wow good. Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.

The location of this hotel is not ideal for those wishing to explore London, as it will require additional travel on the train on DLR. For those happy to do this, or wishing to base themselves in Greenwich, it’s a very good option. Rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish, along with well-appointed en-suites. The hotel doesn’t offer rooms with particularly great views, so don’t expect to get one. Breakfast has a good range of hot and cold options, nothing to complain about. Check-in was slow and not particularly friendly. Hilton Honors elite membership was not well recognised. The gym has everything you need for a workout. Overall the hotel has a cold, sterile vibe, which I feel comes mainly from the staff, who miss the opportunity to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s perfectly fine to base yourself here, especially when rates are reasonable and you don’t mind the location, just don’t expect a warm atmosphere.

The king size room, didn’t look like the room on the website. Spoke to reception, staff, wasn’t bothered and said it’s probably the angle of the photo. The room had a glass toilet door and the bathroom window had no blinds. This meant as soon as it became light , it lit up the bedroom. The bedroom had blackout blinds but there’s point in having them. The website was very miss leading about the viewing area terrace. You had to ask at reception to use it, there were 2 plastic chairs, which didn’t look very inviting. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as there are hotels closer to Greenwich centre.
