Doubletree by Hilton London Marble Arch

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Marble Arch and had a wonderful experience. Our newly renovated family room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for our stay. The hotel’s prime location near Oxford Street made exploring London incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for families visiting central London.

Stayed at this hotel after attending a work event at a different location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. When checking in we received a warm cookie which was a nice touch. The room itself was nice, large bed, and lovely bathroom, loved the rainfall shower. The only downfall is that there wasn't an easily accessible full length mirror, but that is just personal preference, especially with attending a formal awards night. I slept well, and considering the hotel is located in the middle of London, there wasn't much noise. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options and staff attentive. They even gave us a takeaway cup so we could take a coffee with us for our journey home. I would definitely stay here again.

We were only there 2 nights for a show and didn't need the room we were given for anything other than sleeping. I wouldn't have liked to have the room we had, if I expected a nice view etc. We were given a free early check-in and late checkout ( H/H diamonds). Service was excellent throughout our stay. We turned up after the show late on and the bar was opened for us to have a night cap without any hassle and a friendly greeting from the duty manager. If I wanted to stay in that part of London I would definitely stay there again.
