If you’re in town to shop, this location is unbeatable you can walk right to the Citadel Outlets without worrying about parking or driving around. It’s tucked away in a quiet, comfortable, and safe feeling spot, and the hotel itself is clean, well kept, and inviting. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary snacks and purified water when we checked in (though spring water would be even better!). Heads up at check in, they’ll take your card for a $150 hold in case of damages, which can take a few days to return to your account. Also, water at the front desk is pricey ($6 for a small, $8 for a large), so if you’re staying a few days, I recommend the Walmart about 10 minutes away for a full case under $6. The breakfast area looked nice, but it wasn’t complimentary, so we skipped it and grabbed something later with the family. The pool is a great bonus, especially for kids it’s been our go to spot since our kids were little when we’d come here to shop for school clothes. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything, which makes the stay even better. Overall, this has been our favorite place to stay when visiting family or coming into town for shopping, and it’s hard to beat for convenience and comfort.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles–Commerce! The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, with a soft and welcoming bed. Staff were warm and attentive, making check‑in a breeze. Convenient location near shopping and freeways—perfect for business or leisure. Plus, that signature warm cookie on arrival was a delightful touch! 🍪 Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and friendly stay.

I usually don’t post revues like this, but after my last night realizing how much of impressive the bathroom was at the gym, I just had to commit. My friends & I stayed at this hotel on our visit to Anime Expo at The Los Angeles Convention Center and it was a blast! After long days walking, it was great to unwind in the jacuzzi (where there is a separate bathroom sauna located at the back that even has its own showers-so dope!). The breakfast was delicious, the vending machines were stocked (which is a strange thing to appreciate, but you’d be surprised…didn’t miss a monster once!) and the service was AWESOME! Kevin was great! That dude made our stay fantastic and honestly deserves a raise for his outstanding hospitality and making our stay memorable, most likely, unforgettable. God bless y’all n’ thank you Double Tree of Commerce for for kicking SO MUCH ass!
