DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Norwalk

I rarely write reviews, but my stay at the DoubleTree in Norwalk, California truly deserves recognition. From the moment I checked in, the experience was smooth, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Denise and Tee went above and beyond—super friendly, always helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare these days to encounter hospitality that feels this effortless and sincere. This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in my entire life. No drama, no negative energy—just pure good vibes and top-notch customer service. The entire staff made sure everything was taken care of without me ever having to ask twice. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, professionalism, and a little extra kindness during your travels. Five stars, hands down.

This is the Hilton that the Hilton's stopped caring about. The floors and carpets were dirty, stained and grimy. The pool though it was salt water was gross, gritty and you can tell that it's not regulatory cleaned. We requested maid service and they never came (you have to request maid service, other wise they don't come to your room) we requested clean towels so many times that we had to just go downstairs to get them, only to be told that they would bring some up and they never did. We were finally allowed to pick them up from the front desk after requesting again.. there isn't an on site laundry either..

As soon as you walk in the place looks depressing. The room was disgusting the floor had dirty stains and ceiling had water damage stains. Room next door kept banging on the walls. They sent security up and it didn't help room next door kept banging on the walls. Also front desk kept calling the room asking us to keep it down because the room next door was complaining about us banging on the wall when it was them making all the noise. We had to stay the night but we definitely won't return or recommend.
