Desk Staff is amazing Billy was the best and went above and beyond and the reason next stay I will be coming back without any issue. The place is quiet and beautiful with amazing staff and the little things that he did went above and beyond. I’ve stayed good and bad places but gems like this are what keep LA and the area alive.

I enjoyed my stay at the DoubleTree, very nice hotel that you could easily get lost in! Beautiful dining room area with not bad food. I do wish they were able to make adjustments for certain people eating (kids/adult with medical needs) the rooms and beds were very comfortable as well as the showers were very relaxing. I did have an issue trying to find something on the television, it was constantly resetting back to guest services.. other than that my stay here was very pleasant! I loved waking up and going downstairs to get my oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! Definitely made my mornings! The location of the hotel is great you are very close to a mall and other shopping places. Definitely a great place to stay

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT TO GET ANY SLEEP. EVER. I have stayed here multiple times and never had an experience like this. This could be the worst experience I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. This property has a ballroom/event room on the first floor. It's OFTEN used for events. I'd say every time I've stayed at this hotel it has been in use. But never has this, or the events being hosted there, infuriated me like this. On Saturday, around 8:30pm my floor started vibrating. The walls rattled. The windows shook. I literally thought we were having an earthquake. Nope. It was just the party happening down on the first floor's ballroom that I was feeling all the way up on the fifth floor. In the room I was assigned after I specifically told the front desk lady about being sensitive to sounds. And it went on. And on. And on. Nine. Ten. Eleven. ELEVEN THIRTY. It might have gone on from here, but I passed out at this point and finally managed to get some sleep after trying for a long time. I needed to be up at 5am for an east coast conference call. It was horrible. It was insane. It was the worst thing I have ever experienced on a Hilton property and I will never risk it happening again. I feel so bad for the people on floors 2-4 under me, if it was that bad for me on floor 5. I understand parties happen on Saturday nights. But until after 11? And so loud the room is literally vibrating and booming like an earthquake is happening? I will never stay at this property ever again. I will tell all my friends and family not to stay here. Please do not stay here and risk a dance party underneath your room so hard it vibrates the floor and shakes the windows.
