My family was in town for our child’s sporting event and are extremely happy that we chose to stay at this hotel. We were close to midnight before we were able to check in and even at that time of night the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. There was a nice man by the name of Brendan or maybe Brandon that assisted us with getting into our room and offered kind recommendations to our inquires. The building was clean, safe, and offered a sense of home after being out all day. Definitely our favorite place we have stayed in Lubbock and will return.

We had a wonderful stay last night at the DoubleTree in Lubbock. Breezy was absolutely phenomenal—he went above and beyond to help our family with three small children find a comfortable place to sleep without anyone ending up on the floor. Lunch was amazing with excellent food, and although we didn’t catch the name of the lady who checked us out on 6/30, she was incredibly kind and helpful. Her warm service truly made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. We’re so glad we chose to stay here—thank you for making our experience memorable!

I like this DoubleTree. Anthony was running the front desk when I arrived and treated me very well. He acknowledged my DfL status. Was very informative about the location and food options. The room was good, but had a few quirks. Not enough AC ports around the bed and the thermostat seemed to run cold. The food was great, the bartenders had a heavy pour, and the coffee was good.
