Everything was great in our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and modern. Breakfast was good. Checkin and checkout process was smooth. We forgot a dress and they were able to return it. Highly recommend this hotel
Nice rooms, very quiet and all the staff are friendly. Its not close to the center. There are plenty of nice places to eat not far away
This place is super unprofessional. I just came back from a beautiful nice trip only for it to be ruined by the staff and hospitality. I was charged ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS for ONE towel and a bed sheet because I “stained it” and was told that the stain wasn’t able to be removed. Never in my LIFE have I been charged for a dirty towel. I can’t imagine those that wash their face and dirty a towel. When I asked what products they used to clean the towels and blankets they told me they do NOT use bleach. What Hotel does NOT use bleach???? I’m extremely dissatisfied with this hotel and don’t recommend if you’re coming with any type of family or in general.
