Lovely hotel. Lovely staff. Easy to confirm third-party booking. Thanks Krystal and team! No cold water in shower? AC was kicking! Beds were cozy! Thanks for the cookies!

No warm cookie on check-in. A/C in our room was so noisy it was hard to sleep. Unlike the bed that was so difficult it was like sleeping on a pillow. On check-out clerk never even asked how we liked our stay. Room was clean, but the common area womens bathroom off the lobby had cobwebs all over the ceiling. Next time we go to State Fair we will look for different lodging. I expect better from Hilton.

Stayed 6/27/2025 - 6/29/2025. Found a bed bug in 229 on the sheets during checkout. It was immediately taken (alive) to the front desk. While packing up my car to leave, a second living bed bug was found on a pillow. It was also taken to the front desk employee who verified that it was a bed bug. Pest control stated that it’s an infestation if you see them during the day. The hotel manager stated later that the room was inspected, but they didn’t find any bed bugs, which are tiny and apparently hide in the smallest cracks and carpet. It makes me wonder if they even treated the room. We had to discard our bags and pay to have our home and car treated at our own expense. Hilton’s response was basically, “Thanks for booking 11 rooms for two days. We appreciate that business. We didn’t see any bugs when we looked. It’s your problem now. Good luck keeping them from infesting your home.”
