Excellent location and stay at this hotel. Within walking distance (12-15 min) to Old Montreal and Old Port. Lots of restaurants and bars around here. Pool is phenomenal--with an outdoor seating/large patio area that opens up to the pool area. Sadly, no hot tub however. Restaurant looked exquisite and was always busy, but pricey, so we opted for restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are practically soundproof which is also amazing! Shower/bathroom was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable Also handy to have the underground/lower level shops and food court beneath the hotel. Parking is $40/day with unlimited come and go privileges and $15/day for so in and out privileges which is what we opted for. Staff and concierge were very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did an excellent job!! Highly recommend this hotel!

Love staying here! You cannot be closer to the festivities which is the best reason to book here. Check-in was easy, we got upgraded to a festival view room which was nice.Great view from the pool area if you don’t have one in your room. They let us into breakfast service even though they were closing in 5 minutes which we were very grateful for. The subway is right there as well making it a great home base to explore.

Genuinely would not recommend this hotel to anyone close to me. From our arrival to our departure I was frustrated. Upon arrival I was told that our room is “very far from an elevator” and that noise would not be a concern. Come to find out we are situated on the 9th floor DIRECTLY across from the elevator. People partying all night, loudly and obnoxiously. Someone in the room next to me tried to open our door aggressively. I called the front desk to complain about the noise (politely, mind you) and I was offered a fan to drown out the noise. 10 minutes later I get a call that “there are no fans, sorry”. I was staying with my small dog, who is sensitive to loud noises. The hotel is fully booked so no solution was offered. I truly believe I should have been offered a reduction in price given this situation. I’m very disappointed. When we went to checkout I was met with a cold wrap up- clearly they knew I was not happy but were unwilling to address it (which would have made a difference for me). The This hotel needs more structure and to at least make the customer feel that they’re a priority. $650 for one night in a dingy, small king room that was susceptible to VERY loud noises all night. Not worth it.
