DoubleTree by Hilton Moscow Vnukovo Airport

Stayed here twice now before early flights. The hotel’s about a 6-10 minute drive from the airport, but you’ll need to get there on your own - no shuttle, which is a bit of a shame. Would be great if they offered one. Both stays were decent, but the first time the room was freezing - not ideal when all you want is a bit of comfort before a flight. Thankfully, second time round it was much better - warm enough and way more comfortable. The room itself is lovely - fresh, clean, not cramped at all. We also had a great view of the airport, which was a nice little bonus. Bathroom is great too - modern and well kept. Breakfast is the real star. Honestly, one of the best I’ve had at a hotel - easily makes my top 3. Loads of choice, everything fresh, tasty, just really well done. Overall: a really solid airport hotel with a great room and fantastic breakfast - just wish they’d offer a shuttle to make things easier. Fingers crossed the room warmth wasn’t just a lucky one-off, ‘cause it made a proper difference this time.

Extremely rude staff!!! Especially reception. Asked for an adapter.. answer was just No. then asked if there’s a way of heating up my own food because I am on a very special diet .. or a microwave or something again no we don’t have .. no customer service .. not trying to atleast be nice with the customers .. or find a alternative .. you are a hotel next to an airport and you don’t have adapters ?? How comes ? The last time I came to this hotel my AirPods were stolen in the room. And apparently not found by the housekeeping staff .. if it wasn’t for my work I would never advise anyone to stay in this place .. unless you just come to sleep and you don’t need to make any requests to the staff!

I work as a flight attendant and when I stay in this hotel I can't find anything I forget in the room (clothes, mobile charger, adapter, ring, earring, book)!? Even personal belongings, their cleaning staff has no integrity. All my colleagues in the company I work for complain about the same reason. I don't know why there is no interest in lost belongings. Why would someone steal them? This is my worst experience. I go to all countries and this is the first time I come across a big hotel that has this problem.
