My stay could have been more enjoyable regarding the room I had. However the breakfast kind-of offset the negative review, keeping it above water. This is a very nice looking property and it's very welcoming entering your room. However pls ensure you're getting a room with a clean standard. You're not asking allot but you do want to get what you're paying for when it comes to your room and it's cleanliness. Overall the stay wasn't a complete disaster, therefore I'll be back should I ever return to the area. Thanks again Bria....

A Disappointing Experience That Undermines Trust in Hilton I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties over the years, but this experience has likely ended my future business with the brand when other options are available. I made an honest mistake booking through a third-party site—intending to reserve a room in Mount Vernon, Washington, but accidentally booked Mount Vernon, Illinois. I realized the error immediately, contacted the third-party company, and they were willing to cancel and refund the reservation—if the hotel would approve. Unfortunately, the hotel refused. I then called the hotel myself and calmly and politely explained the situation, and was hung up on. I called back and was sent to a manager’s voicemail, which was never returned. I then contacted Hilton Guest Assistance and was told a case would be opened. After nearly a week of silence, they emailed to say they couldn’t help and told me to contact the hotel or booking site—both of which I had already done multiple times. What frustrates me most is the lack of basic hospitality or accountability. I’m a small business owner, and I always do my best to treat people fairly—even when it costs me money—because it’s the right thing to do. The room was never used, I contacted them right away, and it was early enough in the day to easily rebook. Instead of showing even minimal flexibility or customer care, the hotel chose to pocket my $160 and avoid any direct communication. This wasn’t about trying to get out of a valid charge—I just hoped for a little human decency. Sadly, I’ve received none. I hope Hilton reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.

The staff is very friendly but the rooms and the entire hotel is very filthy. I got to my room and see a piece of chicken on the floor under the table. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long time or vacuumed in a long time. The tile floor in the kitchen was sticky and dirty. I have stayed here 3 times and every room was filthy. My last stay I did see house keeping and they had a vacuum cleaner but I know they do not use it. I am trying to add photos. I will not stay at this hotel again. It would be a nice hotel if it was cleaned properly. We had dirty blankets in our room stuffed in the couch from the last visitors. The room was so bad I did not walk around without socks on. I will find a different hotel to stay at.
