Doubletree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The entire place had a great vibe—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The food was excellent, with delicious options that really added to the experience. A special thank you to Restaurant Manager RUSIRU, waiter TIRTHA, and housekeeper VAMSLI, who made my stay even more special with their outstanding service and kindness. I truly appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. I would love to come back again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!!!

Shangri la was a wonderful experience for us as family! Wide variety of pools- lazy river , splash pad and swimming pool - so much to do and have fun for adults and children! Very safe with so many lifeguards around . The rooms were interconnected, making it more accessible! The breakfast spread was very good, with plenty of choices . We all enjoyed the time very much!

I have been a loyal annual guest at this hotel for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has been getting worse every year. This stay was by far the most disappointing: • Service: Extremely poor and nowhere near a true 5-star standard. • Food Quality: Very bad and lacks variety or freshness. • Value for Money: Absolutely not worth the price paid, and I deeply regret my stay. Sadly, this will be my last time staying here. The hotel has gone from bad to worse, and I cannot recommend it to anyone.
