DoubleTree by Hilton Napa Valley American Canyon

Our group had raised some concern to the manager regarding reviews stating the hotel was not clean (read after we booked). We felt the manager handled the situation very well and provided clarification that the hotel is old and is undergoing upgrades. Our rooms were super clean and the staff were all very accommodating and provided quality customer service. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center, and wineries are an easily drive-able distance. Considering most Napa Valley hotels are very highly priced, this hotel is a good budget option.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay. Our room was quiet and overlooked the lagoon which was very peaceful. The restaurant was very good for breakfasts and dinner that we had there. On Thursday evening we sat outside on the small patio outside our room and listened to the live music across the lagoon. The hotel was a great jumping off point for our excursions in Napa! Definitely a great choice!

When I arrived to Hotel very nice employees treat me on professional manners. Friendly explane how I can found my room and what activity management plan for the night and follow day. When I come to my room, I found I don't know how to flash water in toilet top. I call to front desk and technician come exactly at 4 minutes (how this promised). After I take a shower, I have nice relax in jacuzzi and swimming pool located each next to other. When I come back to my room, I found a door to patio not be locked. Again I call to front desk and technician show up 5 minutes after call. So, service is very nice, but all that jobs have to be done before people arrive to hotel.
