Fantastic stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Nashua! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Julio deserves special recognition—when the credit card machine went down, he personally bought something for my little sister so she wouldn’t be disappointed. That kind of kindness and above-and-beyond service is rare these days. We’ll definitely be back!
For those of you that don't know, I stay in a Hilton Hotel Brand every week, Monday through Friday. I stayed at the Double Tree Inn in Nashua and my stay was nothing short of spectacular. I don't do this very often but, I want to mention a few staff members that made an already enjoyable stay even better. First of all, upon arrival I had the pleasure of meeting Julio and Julie, these two were pleasant, professional and helpful. Next I want to say the bartender Frank was absolutely genius behind the bar. Everyone loves Frank. His personality and the interaction with the guests is second to none. He is truly an amazing bartender. I had the opportunity to interact with Heather and she was equally kind and pleasant to talk to. Both of them made you feel welcomed and right at home as if you were family. I'd also like to mention Melissa which I met the next day and she was very kind as well. Overall, cleanliness, service, location and atmosphere is impeccable. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. They have a great gym and pool with hot tub. I highly recommend the Double Tree Hotel in Nashua NH.
Bed is comfy and shower is great. Those are the only positives. Our room had moldy shower walls, the heating/cooling unit in the room is so loud we couldn’t keep it in. You can hear every single noise in the hall and the rooms nearby. Even the ice maker down the hall runs continuously and is horrendously loud. The rug hadn’t been vacuumed. Breakfast was definitely not worth the $18 - rubbery bacon, watery eggs, gross coffee. I will say the staff is friendly. Grateful for that. We will gladly pay less to stay somewhere clean and quiet with a good FREE breakfast. A big pool doesn’t make you a nice hotel.
