It was a bit of a maze to find our room but once we did it was fine. Everything was very clean and staff was mostly friendly. The pool was warmed which was nice and the hot tub was large and spacious. It was in a good location near the freeway and multiple food places.
Very small refrigerator. No microwave but you could rent one for 15.00. No public microwave either. Great restaurant and servers. Great specials on food. Food was excellent. Room service went above and beyond.
TV didn’t work. Maintenance guy came to look at it and was supposed to fix/re-program while we were out for the day. Wasn’t fixed and no communication provided as to why. Were no outlets available for additional electronics around the bed and nightstand. Had to move the mattress to get to outlets behind the bed and unplug a lamp to free up a socket. Expected more from a DoubleTree. Bed was comfortable at least.
