DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Point Resort North Miami Beach

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beachside service — relaxing by the ocean with drinks and snacks brought right to my chair was awesome. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made this stay truly memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable getaway!

Alvaro in valet was awesome! Most of the staff were great. The elevators broke down, the hotel staff seemed puzzled. Finally got us down the service elevator after 45 minutes. This was no fault to the staff, things break! Food was good and service was good. For this price point, it’s not bad! Alvaro, you rock!

The only good is the cookies. Everything else is old and overused. Where should I start. Room has mold smell, a/c makes so much noise that it wakes you up every 15 minutes when it starts working. It blows high speed right at you in bed which I think caused my stiff neck or maybe the pillows that are horrible, the mattress feels like most America slept on it. I drove 18 hours and normally a person would sleep through and anything and on anything but some how manage to feel pain from back to neck due to mattress and pillows but not while driving 18 hours. Double tree should be ashamed motel 8 is probably way better. Specifically for the amount they ask for. Honestly one of the worst sleeping experiences I had. Did I forget to mention bathroom fan is super loud with vibration felt in the whole room. This was last time I go to double tree.
