I loved this hotel. Beautiful pool area, several nice bars, and excellent housekeeping!! We were in town for work and play. Close to a lot of restaurants and movies. I love that they play music by the pool everyday. Great WiFi, I worked from the hotel. Saturday night we got back to the hotel and there were a lot of people going to the club! Yes, it has a club. We were beat and didn’t go but I was just happy that we couldn’t hear it in our room. They soundproofed that place well because you can’t hear it outside of the front lobby area. My only complaint is that it was $28 for bacon, breakfast potatoes and coffee. I didn’t even want the coffee and he poured it and charged me for it anyway. There’s a Starbucks so if I wanted coffee I could’ve paid a few more bucks and got a much better coffee. No flavored cream.

Great stay. The front desk staff was efficient and patient. I had an issue with my card at check in and the woman at the desk was very helpful. I wish I had gotten her name. The room was clean, the view from my patio over the pool was beautiful. The room was quiet even with the night club and pool close by. The reason for the 4 rather than a 5 was the steak sandwich in the restaurant. It was really awful and I couldn’t eat it.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Ontario Airport and overall had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, especially if you’re flying in or out of Ontario International Airport—just minutes away and very convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in keeping everything spotless, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and eager to assist, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The only downside—and it’s worth noting—is the hotel layout. If you’re staying in Buildings 2 or 3, you’ll need to take an elevator to the third floor of Building 1 before crossing over to access other floors in the adjacent buildings. It adds a surprising amount of walking and feels a bit confusing, especially when you’re carrying luggage or coming back late. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. All in all, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and proximity to the airport—with just a bit of a trek to get to your room
