We had an excellent stay at the DoubleTree! The location is super convenient—very close to the airport, with a shuttle service that was easy to find and made getting to the hotel a breeze. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by friendly staff and those famous warm cookies—absolutely delicious and such a sweet welcome! Our room was spotless, and the beds were pure heaven—soft, cozy, with great pillows and a fluffy duvet that made it hard to leave in the morning. The bathroom was equally clean, with great water pressure and hot water, and the provided soaps smelled amazing! We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were blown away by the service. The staff was so kind and accommodating, especially to our kids. The food was delicious, and everything came out quickly. Breakfast was included in our stay and had a great variety of options for everyone. Overall, it was a lovely experience from start to finish. We highly recommend the DoubleTree and would definitely stay again!
I stayed here for three days. The hotel is very close to the airport. There’s a shop in the lobby that sells coffee and sandwiches. The room was very comfortable, moderately sized, the bed wasn’t too soft, and the room was well-equipped. I thought the breakfast was okay, but it was the same every day and the variety was a bit limited. The balcony faced the lobby, so at night you could hear people talking outside. Since I’m not very sensitive to noise, I could sleep fine, but people who are sensitive to noise might want to consider this. Overall, I think the experience was quite good.
Stayed here as part of a cruise shuttle package. Check In was a breeze, and the staff were very friendly. Upon check-in, you get a warm, most delicious Oatmeal Chocolate Chip w/ Walnut to enjoy. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, staff there were friendly as well and the prices were decent considering its in a hotel. The lobby and common areas are bright and clean, but the rooms need a bit of TLC. The door to our room could only partially open due to the door rubbing on the floor, and the room was musty. I chalk this up to the humidity and weather down in Orlando, but still, it should be addressed, not very welcoming. The tubs need replacing too. Other than those few things, our stay was fine. The hotel has a restaurant but it's also walking distance to restaurants. We'd stay here again when we go on our next cruise.
