Five Stars all across! I arrived a few hours early before checkin, Nessa at the front desk was so kind, she found a room that was available and got me checked in right away. The room was clean and was smelling good. Parking was easy. The property has a lot of parking which is nice. The swimming pool is awesome! My daughter had the best time. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed for a six-day trip and would give the experience a rating of about 3.5/4 out of 5. We were given a villa with two queen-sized beds. The room was spacious and came with a microwave and refrigerator, which was convenient. However, the location of our room—on the east side of the property—was quite a walk from the hotel lobby. The bathroom sink drained slowly, and the AC unit wasn’t great. While it kept the room cool during the day, it would often cut off at night. We had to leave the fan running constantly to maintain a comfortable temperature. One thing to be aware of: there are several fees that aren't clearly listed on the website. For example, there is a $75 daily security deposit, which came as a surprise. There is also a daily parking fee, but if you don’t have a vehicle, you're not charged for it. Access to parking is either by room key or a daily ticket, which costs $38 if you choose the ticket option. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for the amenities. There are two nice pools and a Jacuzzi; however, the Jacuzzi wasn’t functioning properly—the water didn’t even reach the jets level during our stay. The mini-golf course was under construction, so we couldn’t use it. The laundry facilities were located on the west side of the property, we were staying on the east side, so it was a bit of a walk. There were six washers (all working) and six dryers (four working), and the pricing was reasonable. The machines were also large capacity, which was a plus. I’d recommend the resort consider adding laundry facilities on the east side for better accessibility. There are seating areas both in the lobby and around the outdoor amenities, but some of these areas—especially near the market bar and restaurant—were uncomfortably hot. It would be great if they could install fans or cooling systems in those areas to make them more enjoyable. As for the staff, I had mostly positive experiences. The grounds crew did an excellent job keeping everything clean, even with two large events happening during our stay. Special mention goes to Glenda, who worked in the pool area—she was fantastic. She was friendly, engaging, remembered guests by name, and interacted well with both kids and adults. I also appreciated one of the security guards who regularly checked in with guests and maintained a helpful presence. Overall, while there were definitely some inconveniences, the resort had its highlights, especially in terms of cleanliness, staff interaction, and pool amenities. A few improvements could really elevate the experience

I would not recommend staying here. My husband and I stayed here for one night with our niece. We chose it because it had a fairly central location and was close to seaworld. We stayed in the main tower and the issues started right away. I checked in at the lobby and the staff was friendly and gave us cookies. When we went to our room, someone else was in there! I unlocked the door to walk in and an entire family was in there with their young child. They said that was their room, and that they had to rebook and were assigned that room. I then had to go all the way back to the lobby to find out what was going on. The ladies at the front desk had no idea who was in that room and said the only people assigned were us. That is very strange and doesn’t seem safe. They don’t even know who is in what room, and are either giving keys to occupied rooms that have children in them, or are not checking that rooms are empty before checking in guests. On top of that two ladies at the front desk started laughing and thought the situation was funny. I was not amused. They gave us a new room and a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. We go to our rooms which are clean enough, but not as nice as I expected them to be. In the middle of the night at 12 AM, someone started banging on our door and asking to be let in. Of course, we did not open the door. That person then went into another room and we heard yelling and what sounded like a physical altercation. We did not feel safe at all. On top of that, the AC made so much noise it kept waking me up. Breakfast was okay in the morning but we were eager to leave and would not return or recommend.
