DoubleTree by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens

Only bad experience was check in. They wouldn't set me up with parking at front desk or help. Had to do it on my android by scan code at front desk. Issue was security code was sent to same phone. When minimize window to get code, you loose the setup page. And have to start over. Had to get wife phone to set up and send code to my phone. Again front desk didn't help. Other then that a very good hotel near lots of good restaurants.

The location is amazing convenient and very clean. This Hilton does not include complimentary breakfast for Honors members. There's no question if you want to have a cookie or points. For 2 days I spoke very nicely to a gentleman on the front desk with glasses, the strangely enough on Sunday nobody knew, and denied his existence, so I couldn't have mentioned him positively. The older gentleman and the older female on the front desk a kind of rude. All over a great experience for the money. Small things are just missing, Kindness and politeness 🤷🏻‍♂️

Location is not bad, pretty close to i95. But I recommend to NOT to stay at this hotel. Rooms are extremely outdated and need an urgent remodel. We had to ask for a other room because the room we were given smelled like urine. I'll say it again OUTDATED!! View pictures, disgusting stains on comforter.
