DoubleTree by Hilton Palmdale CA

We recently had our wedding in Acton, CA and since we had many guests traveling from out of state we decided to reserve a hotel block for the weekend. From start to finish, our sales rep Tracy, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She assisted us for months, making sure every detail was taken care of, even accommodating our dog who was our ring bearer. Thanks to her we ended up booking around 30 rooms or more. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I even hosted a groomsmen photo shoot in my suite a few hours before the wedding. Special thanks to Lashantine at the front desk who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about their stay. The breakfast service was great, and the cookies were amazing! Some of our guests even had time to enjoy relaxing by the pool. We highly recommend this hotel for any type visit. The service, accommodations, and hospitality was truly amazing!

We attended this hotel for a community function. The room was clean. The lighting and sound was good. The signage to find the meeting room was informative. The way into and out of the location was surrounded by construction and it was not entirely evident that one should enter towards a car wash and then off to the side. Hopefully after the construction is complete the entry will be more evident.

From the moment I called to request an early check-in, Lashantine and her staff gave us 5-star customer service! The corporate app caused a problem with my reservation and she didn't rest until she had it resolved. She apologized for our trouble, even though she had nothing to do with the problem, and informed her team that for the rest of our stay they were to see to it that we had an exemplary experience. And most importantly, she really meant it. Her team checked on us throughout our stay, and we felt the extra care. The facility is very nice, neat, clean and I absolutely recommend it!
