This a very nice hotel in a very active part of the city. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel offers many amenities. We took advantage of the in hotel spa service for a one hour massages and it was very nice. Your hotel offers 30% discount for the sponsor service which is appreciated. We used the room service for breakfast and it was very good. With the price of the Australian dollar to the US dollar and everything comes with an automatic 33% discount. The only criticism mode offer is their business center was not up to par. It’s only two computers stuck away in a corner, where the store luggage. On computer was not accessible because the password was expired and the hotel staff didn’t know how to change it. And there were no chairs. However, overall we recommended this hotel for a nice stay in Perth. It’s centrally located and you can get an Uber or a taxi anywhere quickly.

Fantastic staff, comfortable room, dodgey street no doubt about it but so close to fantastic food options. Great coffee and wine nearby. Many many drunks at most times of the day or night but it has never really bothered me too much. Does make me think twice walking around in the dark. Not super great that there’s no onsite car parking for this reason.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Although checkout was at 11am, housekeeping began knocking repeatedly on my door as early as 8:30am, waking me up and returning multiple times before the actual checkout time — very intrusive. On top of that, the shower gel and shampoo dispensers were completely empty, which is unacceptable for any level of accommodation. To finish it off, when I checked out, the receptionist didn’t even ask how my stay was. No acknowledgment or basic courtesy. Breakfast was nice though but overall, not the experience I expected.
