Overall, nice and quiet hotel. Cute little bar and restaurant on the main floor. Rooms are decent just to have somewhere to sleep. Nothing outrageous. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Huge shoutout to the ladies at check in! After a long journey, they made the process super fast for us and gave us great recommendations for the city!

I stayed here recently with a group for an event and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. The room was dirty, with walls covered in black marks, a dent in one of the walls, and a vent caked with dust. This was especially alarming because my child has asthma, and the air quality in the room was unacceptable. The elevator wasn’t working properly, causing inconvenience throughout the stay. The front desk staff, specifically a heavy-set woman, was rude and unhelpful. She provided no information to assist with our stay and made us feel unwelcome. For the price we paid and the fact that we were part of an official hotel event group, I expected far better. I will be sharing photos with management and requesting either a refund or a complimentary stay to make up for this experience. I would not recommend staying here until major changes are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and staff professionalism. I have pictures to show all that I am claiming.

Our door stopped working the first night that we arrived. We were told that only one of us could leave the room at a time until the door could be fixed the next day, which was less than ideal because we wanted to go out to eat with our friends and couldn’t do so. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor and the bed were dirty. We could not close the bathroom door without slamming it shut. The iron was broken and it took multiple trips to the front desk to have it replaced. We did not receive a new iron until 2 days later. The good thing I will say is that there was a very nice lady at the front desk who did her best to listen to my concerns and helped to accommodate us for our inconveniences. There was a worker who keyed herself into our room shortly after we arrived (this was before the door stopped working) which was quite awkward. There was also a guy at the front desk who was quite rude when we wanted to leave the parking lot. We were told to press the Help button on the intercom whenever we wanted to leave, but there was always a slow response with being able to reach someone to let us out. When my husband did so the first time, he was able to hear someone at the front desk say that the group that we came with was going to drive them crazy. Overall, my husband and I were not happy with our stay at this location. This was our first and last time staying here.
