DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe

**Review for DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe Staff:** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Tempe, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff, particularly Jackie Creamer, Pauline Sloan, and Kevin Jimenez. From the moment I stepped into the breakfast area, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality that truly made my mornings special. Jackie, Pauline, and Kevin are not only incredibly sweet and caring, but they also go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued. Their attentiveness is remarkable, and they always take the time to greet me and check in on how my stay is going. They offer great advice on the local weather, which has been so helpful during my visit. Every breakfast experience has been enjoyable, thanks to their friendly demeanor and genuine care for the guests. I truly appreciate their efforts in making me feel at home during my stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting the area to enjoy breakfast with this amazing staff. Jackie, Pauline, and Kevin are simply fantastic, and they make every visit feel special! I recently stayed at the DoubleTree and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The rooms were clean for the most part, the pillows were very comfy, and the free parking was definitely a plus. Close to the airport - However, I was disappointed that the front desk staff announced room numbers out loud during check-in. It felt like a lapse in privacy and security. I had considered asking for a different room but decided against it after that. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the cozy atmosphere.

I enjoyed my two days here before flying back to Oregon. The room was good and clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the lobby area of the hotel indoor and out. They have a lot of seating and comfortable chairs in a big lobby and a lot of little station set up for people that want to do business on their laptops or tablets. I also really loved the really comfortable tables and chairs outside in the outdoor seating area. I did not personally use the pool but it was very popular when I was there. Also the breakfast buffet was good like usual at Hilton properties. The staff was friendly. If you're flying out after it's very convenient that they have an airport shuttle that leaves the hotel every 30 minutes that can take you to the airport. It's a pretty good location It's only about 7 minutes from the zoo, really close to Arizona State maybe 5 minutes and I think it was only about 10 minutes to the airport so it's really centrally located. It's also nice that there was a big circle k convenience store less than a block away literally right across the street Casey want a fountain drink or more options on snacks that a hotel lobby might not sell. I definitely would stay there again before flying back home.
