Amazing experience after a different hotel overbooked. They were efficient in getting me a room and very polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed, bedding, and pillows were so freaking nice and cozy i didnt want to leave. Will be staying again if ever in the area!

Stayed at this hotel while traveling out of town for work. The front desk receptionist are pretty amazing. Georgette is absolutely amazing. She was my go to person. Justin forgot to tell the shuttle driver to pick me and my travel buddy up 1 time, just once so all is forgiven. Loved that I had a quiet corner room especially since I work overnight. 1 star on the rooms due to the fact the housekeepers didn't check under my bathroom sink and I found a pair of men's underwear under there. When/if I return I will stay there again. As far as Caroline's restaurant goes, I would recommend the crab and corn chowder soup, chicken Alfredo, mushroom Swiss burger, and the fruit and yogurt parfait was my absolute favorites

Will look for another hotel besides double tree next time. Stayed for 3 nights, took 3 requests over the course of 2 days to get towels, room was never fully cleaned (only trash taken), and when asked front desk for the manager was told they were "all off" that day, though there was a sign with ones name on the wall for manager on duty. Something else small was no water in the lobby with the complimentary coffee and $16 charge for what is typically a complimentary breakfast at other hotels. People were nice about it but didn't take care of business.
